I made it myself at smileygenerator.us, and it was based on this picture.

It's been on the board for two(?) weeks now, and in that time, I saw a lot of posts where it was used when the poster was annoyed.

But I don't see The Charlie Chaplin Mustage!!! Hitler was a big fan of him, and grew his mustage in resembence!! Litle dit the fucker know that mr Chaplin would make a funny movie about him later!!! Made Hitler look like the ASS he was!
